September gathering
The 34th gathering of the Ragamuffin Cooking Club is hereby announced!
Theme: Asian Fusion (any Asian country's cuisine - Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, etc). Asian Fusion helpful links and signups from April 2006 are posted here for reference... pictures from the previous gathering are here (scroll down).

I'll make a chicken stir-fry using Ale-8 in the glaze. I know it sounds crazy, but I've been developing it recently.

Looks like I'm doing the second main dish. I'll do beef with broccoli. There's also a dessert dish I found that I might also do.
