Indian delights

For our first-ever cooking club field trip, we had a smaller group than usual, but that meant more food for those of us present! We ventured to our local Indian restaurant, Tandoor, for some spectacular food. And no cleanup!
We enjoyed:
  • Samosas
  • Battered shrimp
  • A few types of Indian beer and a cocktail called "Elephant Ride"
  • Naan bread
  • Chicken in a tomato cream sauce
  • Chicken with mushrooms and other veggies
  • Lamb curry
  • Lamb in some other kind of sauce
  • Spicy cauliflower, potatoes and other veggies

I can't tell you the names of the dishes but they were all fantastic - quite a few were spicy too!
