Carribean delish
Well, it wasn't really warm enough to feel like the Carribean at our last cooking club gathering, but we still managed to have some tasty treats!

- Shrimp & scallop bruschetta from Katie
- Jamacian jerk chicken from Chad & Karen
- Pork stew from Phil & Rose (forgot the name)
- Tobago rice, cinnamon, cardamom & coconut milk dessert from Amanda
I will post pictures soon! Also, for those of you able to, send me the links to your recipes - now that we have some ex-pats watching from overseas and beyond, let's share the recipes when we can!

well, it wasn't pork, it was beef. i hope that the flavor wasn't that masked!
