Mardi Gras
Well, despite a flurry of snow, almost everyone came out for the Mardi Gras cooking club festivities! We enjoyed some authentic N'awlins music and dishes. No leftovers were to be found this time around!

- Macque choux (spicy corn) from Rebekah & Michael
- Red beans & rice with sausage from Michelle
- Hurricanes, the classic cocktail from Phil & Rose
- White chocolate bread pudding from Toni & Michael
- Pecan pralines from Rachel
- Beignets from Jessica
- Coffee with chicory from Jonathan & Jill
