Grill fest part 2!
Grill fest part two was another fun, frenzied time of grillin', chillin' and grubbin'.
Once again we had a beautiful evening for the grill fest. We saw both gas and charcoal grills in action and stepped up to the challenge of grilling fish, sides and dessert. We learned a bit about how to tell when various types of fish are "done" and tasted some of the spiciest grilled corn - mmmm. Plus, we had a great time with our cooking club guests Michael, Rebekah and Lisa!
We enjoyed:
- chardonnay from Lisa
- sodas from Kristi
- all sorts of bring-your-own marinaded seafood: shrimp, orange roughy, tuna and salmon
- cajun spiced grilled corn from Jonathan & Jill
- grilled peaches with marscapone, brandy and chardonnay from Phil & Rose
