February gathering
The 4th Ragamuffin Cooking Club gathering is hereby announced!
Theme: Italian!
Date & Time: Saturday, February 11, 6:00pm
Place: Kristi's
An email will be sent out with directions to Kristi's place.
We need sign-ups for the following (some have already volunteered):

We need sign-ups for the following (some have already volunteered):
- Salad -
- Soup - (Heidi can't come - HAPPY BDAY HEIDI!!), so someone can bring a soup if they want
- Main Dish Pasta - Jonathan & Jill will be bringing pasta
- Main Dish Meat - Phil & Rose will be making a chicken dish
- Dessert - Kristi will be making tiramisu
- Cups & Plates (I recommend Chinet-type since they're sturdy) -
- Wine - Chad & Karen will make sangria
- Non-alcoholic drink -
Need inspiration or recipes? Look at the long list of Italian options at the Food Network or Cooking Light or a couple random websites I found, The Art of Cookery and Italian Cooking and Living.

Two of my roommates will be joining us. They will be bringing cups and plates for us to use, and there might even be coffee. :)
